ONE (1) REQUEST WILL BE RESPONDED TO WITHIN THAT THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAY WINDOW. USERS MAY SUBMIT ONE (1) REQUEST FOR THE BAN TO BE LIFTED AFTER TWELVE (12) CONSECUTIVE MONTHS OF BEING BANNED AS DESIRED. THIS REQUEST CAN BE RESUBMITTED ONCE EVERY TWELVE (12) MONTHS THEREAFTER UNLESS MIXED BAG THE SERIES LLC EXPRESSES OTHERWISE.
